1. How is e-Solusi.com internet connection ?
Our server is connected to dual T3 backbone, which is located at San Jose, USA. With the server location in United Stated, all website visitor can easily access the server because United Stated have the fastest and biggest internet connection compare to any country in the world. We also have Indonesian based server, located at Jakarta, for customer that need speedy access for Indonesian visitors.

4. How long it takes to setup a domain name ?
It depends on the domain administrator : IDNIC for .CO.ID domain or InterNIC for .COM domain name. But basicly it needs 1 day for Internic and about one week for IDNIC to process.

5. Who will be responsible for paying domain fee ?
We will arange the payment for you for the first year, for second year and next, we can still arrange it for you as long as you're our customer. IDNIC / INTERNIC will send the bill to you, you only need to pass it to us, so that we can arrange the payment on your behalf.

6. How do we pay the package fee ?
Currently we only receive cash payment, bank transfer, and cheque. If you choose bank transfer, please let us know, so that we can check the account. Please contact billing@e-solusi.com for detail bank information.

7. How can I upload my homepage files to the server ?
You can use any FTP client to upload files to our server. For windows user, we suggest you use : WS_FTP. For Macintosh user, we suggest you use : FETCH

8. Can I have Telnet access ?
Yes, you will have Telnet access to manage your website. You can use any standard Telnet client to login to your website. Since our server is Linux based, you should have at least a little knowledge of UNIX command. If you have any problem, our Support staff will will always ready to help you. We also provide an easy to use web based control panel to ease your administration.

9. What do you mean by PHP 4.0 support ?
PHP is an easy to learn web programming language. Using this hypertext preprocessor, you can create interactive website easily. PHP 3.0 can be easily integrated with any database, especially MySQL database using web interface. Visit PHP website to get more detail information about PHP 3.0.

10. Can I run CGI script ?
Yes, we support CGI-BIN directory to run your CGI script. Here are some basic configuration that you need to know :
Perl interpreter location : #!/bin/perl or #!/usr/bin/perl
HTML document directory : /home/userid/html
CGI-BIN directory : /home/userid/cgi-bin
Sendmail : /bin/sendmail or usr/sbin/sendmail
Date : /bin/date

11. Can I run ASP program on the server ?
No, Our server is using Unix variant Operating System ( Redhat Linux ), so we cannot run ASP program which is specific for Windows platform. As alternative for ASP, you can use PHP or Perl Script to create any program / script with better performance.
